Parents and caregivers choose whether an activity is suitable for a particular child, home and circumstance. Responsible adult supervision is required at all times.

• Access may require a supported device and internet connection.
• Service features may change.
• Temporary interruptions may occur.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• uploading paid files to shared drives or public locations

All content, activities, files and branding are owned by DigitalLearnLab and its licensors. Paid access is granted under a personal household license. See our Personal-Use License.

A purchase of The Play Rescue Home Activity Library grants access only to the features and files identified on the product or checkout page at the time of purchase. It does not automatically include every future book, collection, subscription, physical product or separately priced upgrade.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The service may contain links to third-party sites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including misuse or attempted resale of the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. It is general educational and recreational content, not medical, therapeutic or diagnostic advice. See our Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalLearnLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of The Play Rescue.

Where legally appropriate, you agree to indemnify DigitalLearnLab against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
