Personal Household-Use License
This end-user license applies to paid access to The Play Rescue Home Activity Library and any associated printable files.
The Play Rescue is operated by DigitalLearnLab. DigitalLearnLab is the operator, seller and data controller for The Play Rescue.
1. What the license permits
- use by the purchaser
- use with children in the purchaser’s immediate household
- reasonable printing for personal household use
- saving files on personal devices
- using activities during ordinary family and caregiver use
2. What the license does not permit
- resale
- redistribution
- private-label rights (PLR) or master-resell rights (MRR) use
- rebranding
- sublicensing
- commercial use
- public posting of paid files
- uploading to shared drives or membership libraries
- sharing account credentials
- bulk downloading or scraping
- republishing activities in another product
- classroom, preschool, daycare or childcare-centre use
- client-use or practitioner-use without a separate license
3. Intellectual property
DigitalLearnLab retains all intellectual-property rights in The Play Rescue, including activities, artwork, layout, printables and branding.
4. Other licenses
Separate classroom, educator, childcare and commercial licenses may be offered in the future.
The Play Rescue is operated by DigitalLearnLab. DigitalLearnLab’s general policies apply alongside the app-specific policies published here. For matters relating specifically to The Play Rescue, these app-specific terms control if there is a conflict.
